Fulham manager Arbeloa said, "We have confidence in ourselves and believe in our current style of play. We like to control possession and create chances, and I think the team still needs to improve. We have a fantastic fanbase, so we must win when playing at home."

“I have a very strong team with many excellent players. I know we are just getting started, but we hope to keep improving. We know very well how difficult it will be to beat Newcastle; they are a very good team.”

"This is also very important for youth training, which is one of the reasons I chose to become the head coach. I hope to help the players reach their full potential. If we win the game, then we should celebrate properly."

So far this Premier League season, Josh King has contributed two goals and one assist for Fulham.

Arbeloa continued, "A few days ago, before the match, Josh King gave a short but brilliant speech. I'm happy to have coached him, helped him grow, and brought him to where he is today. He needs to remain humble, keep improving, and continue to score goals and break records."

"Don't forget he's only 19 years old. He has the potential to become one of the best players in the world. I also told him that this is just the first step, and he still has to win the World Cup."
