Radyslav Krejci: The team must maintain a positive mindset and work even harder in the upcoming matches.

Radyslav Krejci pointed out that after Wolves' spectacular comeback at Ashton Gate, the entire team cannot afford to relax and must maintain a positive spirit and put in even more effort in the upcoming matches. In the final ten minutes, Wolves relied on two goals from Shane Neve to turn the tide and secure the victory.

The second goal originated from a header pass by Radyslav Krejci, creating an excellent scoring opportunity for his teammate. The enthusiastic celebrations by players and fans after the final whistle clearly demonstrated the significance of this victory.

Wolves are currently on a five-game unbeaten streak, winning their last three encounters. As captain of the Czech national team, Radyslav Krejć hopes his team can maintain the tenacity they displayed in the second half of their last match against Bristol City and carry that attitude into tomorrow's away game, aiming for another outstanding performance against Wrexham.

Reflecting on the team's important victory at Ashton Gate, Radyslav Krejci said: "Winning this game was very important for the whole team, and everyone is very happy about it. Our overall performance in the first half was not good, especially in defense. We made some unnecessary mistakes, and we didn't fully capitalize on the opportunities we could have created in attack."

"However, during halftime, our whole team had an in-depth and frank discussion, directly pointing out the shortcomings in the game. After this exchange, the team seemed to be refreshed in the second half, and the overall performance was significantly improved compared to before."

“This spirit is especially crucial for a long season. Even if the first half didn’t go as we expected, the team couldn’t waver. We had to stick to our direction and always have confidence in ourselves. I’m glad we were able to finish the game with this performance because, in my opinion, we deserved this victory.”

Speaking about the team's winning style, Radyslav Krejci said, "I think it's difficult to define this style with a single word or a simple phrase. From the beginning of the season, the coaching staff has been committed to instilling this philosophy in the team, and all the players firmly believe in it. This not only reflects the spirit of the entire team but also encompasses the various requirements the coaching staff has set for us, and we always strive to fully demonstrate these qualities in the game."

“I’m genuinely happy for Sean Neve because he absolutely deserves this performance. He’s a young and energetic player who trains incredibly hard and puts a lot of effort into every training session. Whenever he gets a chance to play, he always gives it his all. I’m glad he can contribute to the team in this way, and this experience is especially meaningful for him personally.”

“I’m also very happy to be able to help the team with set-piece opportunities. Since the start of the season, our performance on set pieces has not been ideal, and we have failed to achieve our initial goals. However, in the last two games, set pieces have become an important weapon for the team to create goals. Therefore, I would like to express my special thanks to the set-piece coach, who has put in a lot of effort and hard work in this area. I believe that as long as we continue to maintain this momentum, our performance on set pieces will continue to improve and play a greater role in the upcoming games.”
